If your order is marked as delivered via SMS/Email but has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours.

π§Ύ Product Handling
Customers are expected to handle products with care after delivery.
Packages include all items mentioned in the description (e.g., t-shirt, combo items, etc.).
β Missing items or accessories (if any) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
π Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective t-shirt, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
βοΈ Please provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Full parcel opening video (showing packaging, label, and product clearly)
β οΈ Without an opening video, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
π Returns & Refunds
Only unused products in original packaging are eligible for exchange consideration (as per policy).
Products must be unwashed and unworn.
β Refunds or exchanges will not be allowed for:
- Mishandled or used products
- Missing items/accessories
- Requests raised after the 24-hour window
π‘οΈ Liability
Comorade is not responsible for:
- Courier or logistics delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Issues reported after the allowed time frame
